How WellTech handles website enquiries.

Updated October 17, 2026. This website is operated by WellTech Solutions Inc., based in Edmonton, Alberta. Contact hello@welltechsolutions.ca with questions.

What you choose to send

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, service interest and message. Business name and phone are optional. Please avoid passwords, payment information and confidential customer records.

Why the details are used

We use your submission to respond, understand the project and manage resulting business correspondence. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

The services involved

Formspree processes and stores form submissions and forwards them to our business inbox. Google Workspace provides the business email. Netlify is the selected future host; this version remains a local preview. Hosting and form providers may process request details such as IP addresses and browser information for delivery and protection. These services may process information outside Canada.

Demos and analytics

The workflow and note examples run locally with fictional or prepared data. They send no SMS, email, calendar or external service requests. The OS uses captures and a silent recording with fictional records, not live access to the application. This version has no optional analytics or advertising trackers.

Stored enquiries

Correspondence can remain in the form service and our business email. To ask about access, correction or deletion, email hello@welltechsolutions.ca. We’ll review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained.
